The short version. This site has no forms and collects no personal data. The review happens in our Telegram bot — that is where your file and messages are processed. Your deck is not published, not passed to third parties and not used to train models. To delete everything, send /delete to the bot and confirm with /delete_confirm.
What the site collects
Nothing. There is no account, no form and no email field anywhere on this site — the pages are informational. Like any website, the hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, time of request) that are used only to keep the site running and investigate failures.
What happens in the Telegram bot
The review itself happens in @FounderScore_bot. To produce it, the bot processes:
- The deck file and the text extracted from it. This is the subject of the service — without the file there is nothing to review.
- Your messages in the chat and your Telegram identifier. Telegram provides them to any bot you write to; we use them only to run the review and reply to you.
We do not ask for a name, a phone number, an email address or any documents. If you put personal data into the deck yourself — team names and contacts, for example — it reaches us as part of the file, and we process it only in order to produce the review.
Please note: to produce the review, the text of your deck is sent to a language model provider. We use a mode of operation in which the material sent is not used to train models.
What we never do with your materials
- We do not publish decks or reviews, not even as examples. The example on the site is built on our own demo deck.
- We do not pass materials to investors, funds or anyone else.
- We do not use the contents of your files to train models.
- We do not read them out of curiosity: a person can open your materials only when you have contacted us about your review, or when we are investigating a technical failure that affected it.
How long we keep it
Your materials — the file, the extracted text and the review — are kept until you ask us to delete them. That is deliberate: the review stays in your chat with the bot, so you can come back to it a month or a year later.
Technical logs are kept for a limited period and are used only for diagnostics.
Deletion on request
Send the /delete command to the bot and confirm with /delete_confirm. We delete the file, the extracted text and the review. Because the request comes from your own chat with the bot, no extra identity checks are needed.
We cannot restore a deleted review, so save anything you need beforehand.
Your rights
- Find out what data of yours we process and why.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data and materials.
- Complain about our actions to the competent data protection authority.
Deletion works through the bot's /delete command; for everything else, message us on Telegram at @hi_support_team. We reply on business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page — when we change model provider, for example. The version in force is always published here.
