In short. You send a startup pitch deck to our Telegram bot @FounderScore_bot. The service prepares the quick diagnostic automatically, with no human involved, and it arrives in the same chat. The quick diagnostic requires no payment; the deep review is a paid service at ₽1,500. You can send an updated version of the deck again after your edits. The review is informational and is not investment advice.
1. Definitions
Service — the automated pitch deck review provided through the Telegram bot @FounderScore_bot.
User — any person who has sent a deck to the bot for review.
Site — founderscore.pro and all of its pages.
Deck (pitch deck) — the file the user sends to the bot for review.
Review — the text the service produces from the deck: a score, strengths, points that need evidence, investor questions, a next step and a list of what the deck is missing.
2. What the service does
The service delivers an automated review of one startup pitch deck per file sent.
The review is produced by a language model following a fixed script, with no human involved. We do not edit the output by hand and we do not adjust the score. A person can open your materials in two cases only: you have contacted us about your review, or we are investigating a technical failure that affected it.
The service works only with the contents of the file: it does not search the internet about the project and does not verify statements against outside sources.
3. Cost and access
The review is free right now: we're refining the format and learning what helps founders most. No account is needed and we do not ask for a phone number or an email address — you only need Telegram.
If that changes, the terms published on this page at the time will apply; nothing is ever charged silently.
4. Timing
Decks are processed one at a time, so at peak hours the queue can be longer — the bot keeps you posted in the chat.
5. File requirements
- Formats: PDF, PPTX, TXT.
- Size: up to 20 MB.
- The text in the file must be extractable. Scans, photographs of slides and decks built entirely from images do not work — there is nothing for the service to read.
- One review covers one deck.
If the file could not be processed, the bot tells you so.
The user confirms that they are entitled to share the file and that it contains no data they are not permitted to share. We do not check the contents of a deck for this.
6. The result and its nature
The result is a written review of the deck. It arrives in your chat with the bot, and you can scroll back to it anytime.
The review is informational. It is a first-pass assessment of the deck as a document, not a valuation of the company, not a business audit and not due diligence. The review is not investment advice and does not guarantee any fundraising outcome, any meeting with an investor or any other result of negotiations.
The score is an internal scale that helps compare the state of a deck before and after edits. It has nothing to do with the market valuation of the project.
7. Re-check
Fixed your deck? Just send the updated file again. It goes through exactly the same review, so you can see what changed after your edits.
8. Limitation of liability
The review is produced automatically by a language model. Like any such tool it can get things wrong: misread a slide, miss a detail, interpret a phrase inaccurately. We say so openly and ask you to treat the review as a second opinion rather than as the truth.
Decisions about what to change in the deck, who to send it to and on what terms to raise money are the user's own. We are not liable for the consequences of those decisions, for lost profit, for an investor saying no, or for any other indirect losses.
We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control: failures at hosting providers, Telegram or the language model supplier. If something goes wrong, message us and we will sort it out manually.
9. Personal data
The site has no forms and collects no personal data. Files and messages are processed in the Telegram bot. Materials are not published, not passed to third parties and not used to train models. They are kept until you ask for deletion: send /delete to the bot and confirm with /delete_confirm.
The details are on the privacy policy page.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms — if file formats, timings or the cost change, for example. The version in force is always published on this page.
11. Contact
Questions about the service go to @hi_support_team on Telegram, or see the contacts page. We reply on business days.
